Do you have any school values?

We were learning to promote and teach our hoe values .This is my DLO about the hoe Tikanga. To make the videos I used Kizoa .   What I found hard was making the link to my video actually a video so that we are not going on to another page. What I found interesting was when I done it it ended up being really easy all I had to do was post it from kizoa to youtube and then download it.

This is my holiday recount I have buddy checked this what I found hard was using more interesting words to capture my readers attention.

Camping Disaster.

My eyes open wide, all I saw was the sun shining through the glass windows.  A great Saturday morning to start with. Waking up I realized that today was the day we were going to the Coromandel campground. I was so happy, Konrad my Aunty Kathy, Xavan,my sister Jaylene, Piri, Duke and I were going to have so much fun running in the sun. But just when we were packing our bags, I felt a slight drop of water fall from the sky on my head. Looking up only realising that it was rain. I collapsed to the ground so sad, so miserable thinking to myself, could it get any worse ? Do you ever get this type of unluckiness?

Travelling to the Coromandel Campgrounds was horrible. We were burning, squashed up like sardines in a can, my oxygen was not perfect. It was so muggy. I  groaned with an angry voice, “Things coulden’t get worse!” Blank, darkness occurred as I closed my eyes thinking that it would cause less stress. Waking up I saw trees nothing but the soothing sound of birds chirping from up high. Boom Bang Bam! that was the sound of our car going over rugged bump. Then I thought we must be there with a shout of excitement. I yelled!, “Are we there” hoping that the replie was yes. My brother said, “ Yes” in a sad voice, moaning how he could of been playing on his playstation game.

We were looking for a special space for Duke to run around freely. For the rest of the two nights but, the search for a space was not great. In the search for a space for Duke, we went to the last campground area. But this wasn’t good because Duke was not allowed to stay. So we hid Duke away from the camp owners. This was interesting especially when duke would whimper. He is such a spoiled dog.  We were parked up and setting up the tents in no time turning my head I saw the tent that  Konrad and Xavan had to sleep in. Then I laughed hysterically, looking at the tent size that two giants had to sleep in. It reminded me of when I tried to shove lollies in my pocket knowing that it wouldn’t fit.

Later on the rain had settled and it was time for a swim Splash! water went in the air, my body went into shock! I screamed, I kept diving and diving until my body could move again. Once I shock off the feeling, I began to enjoy the refreshing water. I felt as though I was swimming faster than a dolphin.

I truly enjoyed camping with my family, I vividly remembered splashing in the freezing water, my brothers spoilt puppy and laughing at the small tent- it was so hilarious. I will remember that memory until I am old and crinkly.
